On the whole, the recent production restriction is more stringent than that in November, which has a great influence on the sintering machine and pellet equipment of the steel plant, and less on the blast furnace production. According to SMM research, steel mills generally store about a week of sinter consumption, so even if the sintering machine stops production, short-term steel production is not limited, the overall impact of steel production is not as expected. However, it is worth mentioning that if the environmental protection and production restrictions last for a long time and the sinter reserves are exhausted, there is no doubt that steel production will decline. TG: steel plant has a high rating, this production limit has almost no impact on the steel plant production, the current normal production, normal order; GL: steel plant in accordance with the requirements of the document to stop the production of part of the sintering machine and shaft furnace, but because of its own sinter and other raw material reserves, so there is no impact on the steel plant production; the ZH: steel plant has not yet been affected by the production limit, the production is in a normal state, but the shipping speed is slow due to the influence of less ships. At present, the YG: steel plant is not affected by the production limit, the normal production is received, the TBX: steel plant is affected by the environmental protection and production restriction, the production and maintenance of the 1580mm hot rolling line is stopped and overhauled, the hot rolling output is affected by 10 000 tons / day, and the specific resumption time is not determined. The DH: steel plant receives the production limit document, but the production is still relatively normal at present, and there is no obvious influence. On the basis of implementing orange early warning and emission reduction measures, GY: steel plant increased the production limit proportion of sintering machine, pellet equipment and lime kiln by 20%.
